Last weekend, the restaurant chain broke the Guinness Book of World Records for largest serving of salsa.
It weighed 1,170 pounds, shattering the minimum requirement of 440 pounds.
More than 20 chefs filled a steel bowl that was 7 feet in diameter and 5 feet deep.
They used more than 1,300 tomatoes, almost 9 pounds of cilantro, 621 pounds of spicy hot sauce and 35 gallons of spring water.
“We already knew our fresh homemade salsa is award worthy,” said Kim Miller, Senior Director of Marketing in a press release. “Now the rest of the world can taste why we’re so proud of our signature, made fresh every day, line of salsas.”
